Hunter Home Educators includes homeschooling families from,
Lake Macquarie- Newcastle –Maitland—Nelson Bay and even up as far as the Singleton region.
Homeschooling in the Hunteris growing and more and more families seem to be at different events.According to the Newcastle Herald there are about 300 students registered with the NSW board of studies in 2009. At our Feburary 2010 Swimming Carnival this year we had more than 100 children attend. |
